Information and purpose
Forms collect your name, phone number and details you choose to add, such as email, property requirements, area and budget. These are used to respond, clarify your needs, match brokerage services and manage the relationship concerning your request. Required fields are marked; other fields are optional.
There is no legal obligation to provide details through this site. Providing them is voluntary. Without the required contact details we cannot reply through the form; you can contact us directly instead. Please do not submit identity documents, sensitive medical or financial information, or someone else's personal details.
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, access times and technical logs to serve and secure the site. Our optional usage and campaign-attribution tools operate only after the appropriate privacy choice.
Service providers and international processing
Enquiries are sent to the business's customer-management system. Hosting, infrastructure and customer-management providers may process them for this purpose. Cloudflare serves the website. Optional Google and Meta tools and external maps are controlled by your choices below. Some providers process information outside Israel under their policies and applicable law.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required or for lawful handling of a dispute. Following a WhatsApp, social-media or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy policy. Sharing property or third-party information in an engagement is subject to permission and applicable law.
No automatic marketing subscription
Form consent is for handling your enquiry, not for advertising messages, joining a mailing list or publishing your details. Unrelated marketing requires an appropriate legal basis, including separate consent where required.
Access, correction and retention
You may request access to personal information about you and correction of inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated information under sections 13–14 of Israel's Protection of Privacy Law. Requests to stop contact, minimise or delete information will be assessed under applicable law and relevant retention obligations or legal needs. Reasonable identity verification may be necessary before disclosure.
Retention depends on the information, the enquiry, the business relationship and relevant record-keeping requirements. This policy does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. Please contact us about your particular records. No internet-based system can guarantee complete protection from failures or unauthorised access.
Cookies and browser storage
- Essential: privacy choices and accessibility preferences. Privacy choices are kept for up to 180 days; material changes require a new choice.
- Analytics — off by default: Google Analytics and first-party campaign attribution. Cookies may include names starting with
_ga. - Advertising — off by default: Google Ads and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and personalisation. Cookies may include
_gcl,_fbpand_fbc. Provider policies also determine their cookie lifetimes and processing. - External maps — off by default: Google Maps loads only after permission. Contact details remain available without it.
You can reject optional services and still submit an enquiry. You can change or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop vendor code already loaded; it does not erase information already transmitted to providers. Browser settings also let you manage existing cookies.
Provider policies: Google, Meta, Cloudflare. Changes are published here with an updated date. Questions: idan@alegend.co.
